Grade A:
The items have to be calibrated. The maximum deviation of nominal sizes must not exceed:
- Tiles: caliber +/- 0.5 mm,
- Skirting boards: caliber +/- 0.5 mm
- Edges of tiles must be grinded and polished in corners.
- Skirting boards must have a standard bevel of 3 mm/45° at the long edge at upper side.
The caliber of other products (grade A) is always as follows:
- Window benches: caliber +/- 1.0 mm
- Wall caps: caliber +/- 1.0 mm
- Step risers: caliber +/- 1.0 mm
- Stair cladding: caliber +/- 1.0 mm
- Outdoor terrace tiles: caliber +/- 1.0 mm
- Block steps: caliber +/- 1.0 mm
- Pavings caliber +/- 1.0 mm
- Kerbs: caliber +/- 1.0 mm
- Palisades/pillars: caliber +/- 1.5 mm
- Stepping stones: caliber +/- 1.5 mm
- All bevels have to be 45°, the width of bevel will be communicated in the inquiries of the purchaser (e.g. 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm etc.)
- Tiles and floor plates with a polished surface and/or polished revolving edge must have polished fases.
- The max. convex deviation
- for a measuring length of 300 mm is 1.00 mm
- for a measuring length of 500 mm is 1.50 mm
- for a measuring length of 800 mm is 2.00 mm
- for a measuring length of 1000 mm is 2.50 mm.
- The max. concave deviation
- for a measuring length of 300 mm is 1.00 mm
- for a measuring length of 500 mm is 1.25 mm
- for a measuring length of 800 mm is 1.50 mm
- for a measuring length of 1000 mm is 2.00 mm.
Grade B:
- Length and width for tile sizes less than 600 mm: +/- 1.0 mm
- Length and width for tile sizes more than 600 mm: +/- 2.0 mm
- Thickness of tiles from 8 to 20 mm: +/- 1.0 mm
- Thickness of tiles from 21 to 30 mm: +/-2.0 mm
- For other thicknesses of tiles: +/- 2.0 mm
- Edges of tiles must be grinded and polished in corners.
- Skirting boards: +/- 1.0 mm

Specification:
Texture of front side of facing tiles must be as follows:
- Polished surface – with mirror shine, direct reflection of objects, without processing signs from the previous operation
- Honed surface – no marks of processing from the previous
- Grinded – equally rough surface with marks of processing. These marks can only be done by grinding process; the surface thickness difference must be no more than 0.5 mm.
- Cut – unevenly rough surface with uneven surface; the surface thickness deviation must be no more than 2 mm (for more details please look at the grades A and B.
- Ultrasonic processing – with distinct color and picture of stone.
- Flamed finish – rough surface with peeling marks.
- Bush hammered – equally rough surface with uneven surface
- Other types of finishing can possibly be approved by the customer.
- Grade A and grade B items must not have visible damages at any side. They must not exhibit shooting lines, cracks, fissures, damaged edges, rust marks, uneven fases, nor black or white spots.
- Chips length not exceeding 1 mm along the edges of the perimeter of the tiles.

- Surface must not exhibit (micro) holes or uneven inclusions

- Items must neither exhibit bearing damages, nor weathering damages.
