Cooperation Procedure
1. Send us a request for quote
Please be specific on product item, size,material,colour, qualities and delivery.
For the item with customer shape or design, please be sure to send us pictures or drawings.
2. We will respond you within 24 hours
We will respond you with an itemized quote including dimension, material, unit price, total amount, freight charges,payment terms, approximate delivery schedule and some pictures if available.
We will contact you for the clarification during this period. Please carefully review our quote, do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any questions.
3. Sign a sale and purchase aggrement
Sign a sale and purchase aggrement depending on the terms of deal, we may request a down payment before the order is produced and shipped. After the cargos leave the port, we will give you full set of document by email or express.
If you order in LCL and need a door to door delivery, the procedure is
1) you confirm the design, size, material, finish, quantity that you want to order,
2) and then pay 50% deposit to our bank account,
3) after receive your deposit, we will start production,
4) we need 15-20 days to finish this monument, meanwhile we make shipping order to shipping agent,
5) after we finish, we send you photo of the finished one,
6) and then you make balance 50% payment,
7) at the same time, we deliver the goods to Xiamen port for shipment.
8) the goods will be shipped from Xiamen port to destination port and then to your detailed address.

1. Payment term?
-Normally 30% advance payment,and the balance have to be paid against documents
-100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
-Paypal,Western Union are acceptable.
2. How to get sample?
Sample(s) will be provided in condition that:
- Sample request less than 0.5m2/15kgs is free of charge.
- Sample delivery cost will be at buyer’s account
3. When to start production?
Right after our Bank confirms the arrival of the L/C or the advance payment
4. Delivery Leadtime
Leadtime is around 2 - 3 weeks per container
5. Packaging
Packing in export standard quality wooden crates hardboard carton boxes and/or pallet based on request
6. Guarantee & Claim?
1. Replacement or repair will be done when any manufacturing defect found in production or packaging.
2. We are not responsible for any defect that caused by the shipping or any force major condition
